    Hey.
I have a leak in my roof and from checking in my attic, the brickwork in the chimney is all wet. Could it be the flashing round the chimney or perhaps the bricks themselves absorbing the water? Can anyone recommend who does this type type of work?
    Thanks

Most likely flashing, not the bricks unless your chimney is falling down! If its lead you sometimes get 'creeping' due to the weight.

Any competent builder should be able to sort the problem. Single or Two storey house?
