Guitar hero update won't go beyond 8%.

    Picked up GH3 from adverts.ie there yesterday and it works grand offline but when it tries to d/l the update it says is needed, it gets to anywhere between 2% and 8%, then stops. After a few minutes it gives an error, "there was a problem with the download" or something similar.

    I can sign into PSN and browse the store. I did notice that since the last system update, when I do a connection test it now checks NAT and UPnP too. UPnP shows unavailable and NAT is type 2. Is this anything to do with it?

    Sounds like maybe a firewall issue? Have you got a firewall on the router?

    Seems unlikely. Other games update ok. If it was a firewall issue surely it wouldn't connect to the server at all?
    It may be a server side issue. I'll have another go tonight.
