Mobo and Cpu Cooler

Need to upgrade motherboard and get rid of e2140 stock cooler which is cooling E8400.

E8400
P31 Ds3l
8800gtx
500gb hd
Cooler Master Dominator
Corsair 450watt

Motherboard is fine for cpu's with higher multi and low fsb, it can get e2140/e2160 and even Q6600 to over 3.0ghz.

But its really struggling to get past 3.40ghz, mobo seems to have a limit of 400fsb, as it wont do 8 x 400, yet it can do 9 x 380 fine.

Dont have much to spend €100 max.

All mobos under €75

Arctic 7 Pro Cooler is cheap and gives the performance of more expensive setups. 13 quid on HWVersand.

I've used a Tuniq Tower to good effect on an E8500 @ 4.4GHZ.:)
