    Hi all,

Thinking of getting a new phone as my Nokia 6070 has seen its day and the buttons keep freezing. Had always gone with Nokias but now fancy a change. Just wondering if the Sony Ericsson W200i is a good option to go for?

    Cheers :)

The W200 is a great little music phone, but it has been surpassed by more high spec models. You wouldnt need to pay a lot more to get a lot more features. I would highly recommend Sony Ericsson phones. What do want fronm the phone?

Just looking for a good looking enough phone that can send/receive calls and texts, not too bothered about it being an mp3 player or having a camera, also want a good battery life and not to break easily.

for a basic phone its excellent, with its only downfall being the joystick control, which is almost always the first thing to break.

I wouldnt worry about it. Its not that flimsy and almost every function in the phone can be accessed through the keypad as well. Just alternate between joystick and keypad to reduce wear and tear on the joystick. I have had one for nearly 2 years and have never had any trouble with the joystick.

I think you will like it. They usually come with a starter 128Mb memory card although neither CPW or Meteor sites mention this.

Hi is there any way you can change the settings of the phone to NOT automatically save your sent messages?
