Kaspersky Internet security 9

    I'm trying to upgrade Kaspersky 7 (0r 8 maybe) to kaspersky internet security 9.

    Now I've uninstalled the previous version but when I try to install it it says there was an error which could be caused by running in safe mode or because the windows installer is not properly installed. Im not in safe mode and ive re-downloaded the installer twice.

    The PC is Win XP SP2. This worked fine on the other pc using the same installer.

    Can anyone help?
