which it should be pointed out is a 3.5" drive, not a put-it-in-your-coat-pocket 2.5" one like the OP's.

120 euro for a terabyte is still a decent bargain though!

Does anyone know what is the drive inside that box? All I know is that it is a SATA drive, but no info on brand, cache, speed... thinking of buying it to use the drive inside my PC and insert a 500 GB into the box.

You might be right, the weight is pretty high (3.2 KG). In this case I think I'll pass on that one.
