Do you have a degree ?

I assume the foundation program is there to give international
students a little boost for the course.

Do you know that it will cost you around €13,000 to do that masters
if you are non EU ?

    Yes. I had.
and I know non-EU peoples pay very expensive school fee.
    so I don't decide yet.

The Masters is pretty hard so you would want to have a better understanding
of the language in both written and spoken formats before attempting the
    course.

The highest level Masters course requres a Thesis and this would require a high level
of english and also someone to proof read it.

I had my final year report proof read and there were looooooooooads of silly
    mistakes throughout the entire thing.

No point in wasting 13k as there are no repeat exams !!
