The Paypal code appears on your bank statement. Basically Paypal charge something between .01 and .99 cent and there is a code which is provided with that. Usually takes 3 days or so for it appear on your statement but does a 3V card have statements?

The code appears against the charge on your statement. For 3V statements, you log in to 3v.ie to check it. Since the card has now been disabled, there's nothing you can do. Paypal will not authorise this card now.
