    So what, technically, can we do that we couldnt do before if this change was made?

    In other words, on the day the change is made what can I go to the city centre and engage in at length that would have been illegal before :)

    no as they say in the article the courts havn't been persueing(sp?) blasphemy in years you could do it today.

    well maybe someone could charge you with it but you've never be prosecuted.
