Billy Higgins, his shop is at the corner of Sarsfield St. and Henry St. junction -opposite that mogul emperor indian restaurant. Class threads but they do come at a price! there used to be a guy called Arthur Ellis in Mallow street some years ago but I don't know if he is still around?!?
