Fellow bearded and hat wearing gentlemen,

I come asking for advice and guidance, if you would be so kind as to help me I would be eternally grateful.

The problem is when I don't shave my face gets all raw and sore, quite sensitive skin seemingly. I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

I am growing a beard and it is awfully sore but pushing through for the love of all that is holy and facial hairish. Well more a chin strap but you get what I mean.

    Kindly,

    Will

It can be a bit uncomfortable for a while, once you get past the initial stage it should be fine.

It shouldn't really get raw and sore though. Have you checked with your doctor about that?

I'm thinking of heading to a dermatologist about it because it's getting to be a pain in the ass.
I've had beards before at the tender age of 17, boy was I a hero back then. Yeah dermatologist it is. I'm well used to the face itch with a beard, i can push through that no bother its just the rawness etc. very annoying.
