    Feed and weed will do a great job on this. That, and cutting it as frequently as you possibly can.

    Looks like any new lawn, a bit of weed, feed and seed should help this along nicely, and as already said plenty of cuts.

    If you see any rogue vegetation sprouting up zap them with selective weedkiller out of a hand held sprayer.

    If you can ensure there is no scutch grass in it the battle is half won as this stuff is a real pain to get rid of once established.
