Ok i've been sick for the last week and have only managed 2 runs in the last 8 days, on tuesday and wed max 4 mile.
I'm feeling good now but wont run today, but thinking of a run tomorrow. Would I be better of doing nothing until the race on sat?

I would take an short easy run to see how you feel. It wont really do you any good but might give you the confidence that mybe you need before you line up for the race.
