Cheap Strings

Just a heads up if you want to stock up on strings.

I recently ordered a few things from Thomann and got 2 sets of Dean Markley blue steel bass strings for €45.

Have just ordered 6 sets of them for about €50 delivered (assuming I don't get stung by customs).

They're a bit of an odd gauge, but I'm not that fussy about that. 46-63-80-102.

They've a couple of electric sets on sale for $4 too, d'addario, ernie ball.

Anyway I hate buying bass strings for €25 a pop so I thought I'd stock up here when they're only about €6 a set.

Shiping to Ireland is $20 so probably not worth your while if you're not ordering a fair bit.
