Anyone having trouble with Eircom webmail today?

    Keep trying to log in and it keeps telling me my username or password is incorrect when I know it's not. Was working fine yesterday.

    Damn was hoping the whole thing was messed up. It's really annoying me. Keep entering the right details and it keeps telling me my username or password is incorrect.:mad:

    I rang eircom the other day with the same problem..
    i switched to upc/ntl last monday so i thought thats why there was a problem with my eircom email...
    so after waiting a while to get thru to support in eircom,i was eventually told by a biddy that because the new webmail has been introduced that they have introduced a couple of digits onto my password?..
    Having read up on the new webmail it says nothing what so ever about changing peoples passwords..so the biddy then asks me for my eircom phone number so she can phone me back to verify the number..when i tell her ive just closed my eircom accoount 4 days previousshe tells me theres not much she can do to help.I made another call and was eventually tyold if i fax my last bill into them they might be able to restore my password?..i mean wtf.rant over:-)
