It was reported that Sky ended the tv deal because Paul Daley swore on the last show after they had previously been warned about swearing. Cage Rage said that the contract was up anyway

One of the owners sold his share of the company and did a legger to Spain because his construction company was in huge debt

And the other problem they've had is that they've stripped two of their champions of their titles without warning for losing fights in other promotions

Looking forward to seeing Aisling again, she's been very impressive everytime I've seen her. Baroni at welterweight might give him a new lease of life, he's still capable of having exciting fights

Read a post from Baroni on Sherdog where he pretty much said the same thing. He's faster, cardio is better, feels better all round.

Will be interesting to see him again.

I was just reading the weigh in results for Cage Rage, I've never seen so many fights on a card in recent times that has as many fighters at different weights than their opponents

Mustapha Al Turk (111kg/244.6lbs) vs. James McSweeney (101kg/222.6lbs)

Phil Baroni (77kg/169.7lbs) vs. Scott Janson (77kg/169.7lbs)

Robert Berry (110kg/242.4lbs) vs. Neil Grove (126kg/277.7lbs)

Christian Binda (63kg/138.9lbs) vs. Brad Pickett (65.8kg/145lbs)

Mark Brown (76.7kg/169lbs) vs. Wesley Johnson (73.4kg/161.8lbs)

Aisling Daly (56.9kg/125.4lbs) vs. Eva Liskova (55.5kg/122.3lbs)

Stav Economou (125.7kg/277lbs) vs. Piotr Kusmierz (112.5kg/248lbs)

James Elson (83.2kg/183.4lbs) vs. Dave van Gasse (84kg/185.1lbs)

Ashleigh Grimshaw (65.8kg/145lbs) vs. Robbie Olivier (65.8kg/145lbs)

Tom Watson (83.8kg/184.7lbs) vs. John Philips (83.8kg/184.7lbs)

Jason Young (70.2kg/154.7lbs) vs. Francis Heagney (70.3kg/154.9lbs)

Mavlyanov (70.2kg/154.7lbs) vs. Jody Cottham (70.2kg/154.7lbs)

    Good luck to Aisling!

fozzy you reckon that order will bear any relationship to the fight order?

I'm not sure. I'd have said that the list I posted would be a reverse order of the fights but septern posted an e-mail he got saying that Economou/Kusmierz and Phillips/Watson will be shown live. I would've thought that Pickett would be a live fight as he's got a name

Al Turk vs McSweeney will be the main event though I'd say, as it's for a title, and Baroni/Jansen and Grove/Berry will probably be the two fights just before that. And highlights of Aisling's fight according to septern's e-mail

EDIT: I tried looking for the fight card on Cage Rage's website and I can't find it anywhere. Useless site! Proelite.com has the card though, it lists, from the top:

    Baroni/Jansen
    Berry/Grove
    Al Turk/McSweeney
    Phillips/Watson
    Economou/Kusmierz

I would say that's the order
