Has anyone actually ever spoke to anyone on the phone from the VRO. I am begining to think that it is a myth that there is someone on the other end. Held yesterday for 30mins then gave up. Today its been 15 mins so far. :mad:

You're privileged! I found that the Santry office in particular never, ever answer the phone.
