Broken root canal, extract before implant or get implant at the same time?

    Hi There,

    Would love some advice,

    I have a broken root canal tooth. It needs an implant but it is a molar so I could wait between getting the extraction and the implant.

    Which is best to get an extraction and wAIt for the area to heal before the implant or get the implant done at the same time as extraction.

    I can't see the specialist for a couple of months as hes booked up, so I'm left with a jagged tooth in my mouth...the crown came off...

    Am going for the best, nobel biocare, I could go abroad and get it all done in one go and a lot sooner, have found a place in poland that looks good...
