    sorry if this sounds stupid but,can anyone explain furthur what the minimum criteria means for these points:
    -Currently registered on the Paramedic Division of the Register as held by the Pre Hospital Emergency Care Council
    -National Qualification in Emergency Medical Technology and the PHECC Paramedic Practitioner’s Licence

    how do we go about these??

    It means that you already have to be a Paramedic and registered with the regulator (PHECC). The current recruitment scheme the ambulance service is running is not a training one. They're just offering jobs to Paramedics already in the country.

    To get a NQEMT-Paramedic, well, you have to get into the ambulance service as a trainee (maybe the next recruitment drive) or go abroad for a few years and train.
