Yeah, I watched that clip a good while ago - he's great. Saw his (or one of his?) album(s?) for a tenner in HMV Henry St., might pick it up.

    Complete legend!.

Some of us guitarist wannabes waste all our money on fancy guitars and amplifiers....

.....then some hobo comes along, playing a guitar stuffed with bog roll, and puts us all to shame ;)

The Dog House Boogie album is well worth checking out.

I also purchased Watermelon Slim and the Workers recently "The Wheel Man" - pretty good blues for anyone interested in such music.

I dunno, I can't shake the feeling if it was an old black guy doing it no one would care.

saw him last night at the National Stadium. Twas alright.
Dunno what to make of him. The drummer carried him I thought...
venue is a bit strange though, people walking here there and everywhere during the gig, and there were a lot of tw@ts at it who thought they were stand up comedians...maybe it's the "quick witted Dublin humour"....it annoyed me, and warranted fists in mouths, but I won't tar em all with the same brush!;)

Was at National Stadium last night, dragged along by a friend with spare ticket. Not my type of music, but it was some gig, kept wondering what he was going to do next! Am still doing Dog House Boogie in my head, loved the gig.

He was on The Late Late last night, played a tune and did an interview. It's rare to see some decent music on that show. Must look out for his album.
