Just putting this up here for a friend who has only just recently decided to rent his house for Race Week.

4 Bed house - Sleeps up to 8 people. (One room has an en suite) full kitchen, all mod cons, large front and rear gardens, Sitting room with tv etc..

Close proximity to City Centre and also Ballybrit Racecourse. Also near beach and shops, bus stops etc.. Very centrally located.
