Good jaysus, I came accross a video that I haven't seen since the Yo MTV Raps days.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LFr5TKyqrjM

Such a good song but i never heard of Hodge since then. Anyone know anything about them or have any more of their material?

anyone else remember anything decent that was only played once or twice on Yo!?

Another one that springs to mind is a song by Wolfpack (Omar Epps' Group), i've been trying to track that down for years now.

Boom Bap I'm trying to track that song myself. Definition I think it was called.

Couple that spring to my mind
    College Boyz - Hollywood Paradox
Zhigge - Rakin' In The Dough
Double X Posse - Not Gonna Be Able To Do

Completely forgot about them, the one that stands out the most is Zhiggie.

The wolfpack song is Definition, cheers for that, even managed to find it on utube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WADSMdLuaBo

Got my thinking cap on and remembered a few others:

Little Indian - One little indian
    Fat Cat Kareem - Fugazi
Pudgee The Phat Bastard - Checkin' Out The Ave

Then I found a user progile on utube that has a fantastic selection of videos from the Yo days. I'm essentially doing no more work for the rest of today and checking this out.

FYI - Freak coincidence on the name....cant take credit for this.

I have video tapes of all the big tunes off Yo from the early 90's up the 00's. From Dr. Dre & Ed Lover days to when it was just a video show. I used to have the show of Twista, when he was Tung Twista and the guy from the Guiness Book Of Records but it was recorded over some how :(

When I ran an Irish Hip Hop site I put out a DVD called 19 from the 90's. Sold a few copies. It was more a project for myself. 19 Classic Hip Hop videos.

I got a lot of tapes too....no video player though

Must sort my VCR player situation out. I got a tape with the last episode where they got everyone in to freestyle, Rakim kills it if i remember correctly.

    Rakim always kills it :D
It was Search, Erick Sermon, Redman, Method Man, Chubb Rock, Craig Mack and a few others. Fcukin' Viacom, can't find a video on the web of it anywhere.

I wanted to see the Ed Lover dance for old times sake :)
