    Anyone got this game?
I prefer my racers to be simulation based and the reviews suggest its somewhat along those lines although I've been burnt before by reviews so just wondering what peoples opinions are on it.

    Cheers,
    Dave

looks good, I'd buy it if I had a PS3

I went ahead and bought this game during the week. Very impressed with it so far. Its certainly on the simulation side of things and demands a lot of concentration to keep the car on the track. If you liked F355 on the Dreamcast you'll like this game.
The AI though seems a little unbalanced. So far I'm finding it impossible to qualify in a decent position but in the race itself I can win without too much trouble. Turning off all the assists makes the a game a particular challenge.

The jury is still out as I've only done a few races so far.

Are the graphics as good as GT5 prologue??I feel like a nice new racing game but i'm torn between GRID and this

Not quite as good as GT5. The cars are nicely modeled while trackside detail maybe less so.
I myself hated GRID. I thought that it was a bit too arcadey but then again I do hate racers that are not on the simulation side of things. Now I know that some people think that Grid is more than an arcade racer and I respect their opinion but I much prefer how the cars handle in Ferrari Challenge, GT and the Forza.
Even when talking about sim racers themselves, Ferrari challenge has a specific focus and it wont appeal to everyone.
Best to read as many reviews and other forum feedback before a purchase. Maybe rent it for a few days.
