Ryanair Website Issues

    Does anyone know if the Ryanair website is down or having problems? I can get the front page but I was initially getting slow response times. Now I am getting a error message and a white screen where the booking should be.

    the ryanair website has been all over the shop since they ran the "new" version. there was never any problems with the old one,even when heavily trafficed during promos/specials it was fine. now even a simple booking can take 15/20 minutes and online check-in is also very slow.

    I've just made a ryanair booking, after many 'please try again' messages.


    Problem is, on the final page the following message appeared:
    That's it! Your booking is complete, this is your Itinerary/Receipt.
    Please print this page and bring it with you when you check-in along with the required form of valid form of photo ID (see below).

    Confirmation Number
    Booking Date Wed, Jul 09, 2008
    Confirmation Number : XXXXX
    Status: Not Confirmed

    Booking is not confirmed until you receive email itinerary.

    Now i've never seen this before, its normally a nice blue CONFIRMED. No email yet either. Anyone had this?

    have just spent over an hour trying to make a booking with them, numerous error messages and still no booking

    I can't do my online check-in. I got an "an error has occured, please try again later" message but was able to carry on to the "print your boarding page" page. But it only printed out a blank page. :rolleyes:

    I probably shouldn't have done that, bet I end up having to ring them and spend more on the phone call that what the bloody flight cost. :mad:

    I've been trying to book a flight for my old man for the past 3 days and still no luck. It's incredibly slow.

    im trying to get a good deal and its taking ages for the pages to load, espeially long for the taxes to come up! another annoying thing is the "flexible dates" thing isnt working and hasnt been for ages

    i had issues with it yesterday. got a flight to stansted and back in september for €12 but every time i got to the payment page it kept telling me there was an error and i had to go back. after 10 goes i packed it in and went back to it a few hours later and eventually got it. it's hard work that website.:rolleyes:

    Accidentaly deleted my itinerary and can't seem to find an option to get it resent out to me on the site. Anyone know how I can get that to happen?

    Check your credit card statement online. The description lists the itinerary number in it. failing that, you'll have to ring them.
