Magnet vs Smart

    Our apartment development has been tied into Smart Telecom to date for TV, Phone and Internet. For most of the last two to three years the services has varied from desperately poor to acceptable. However they have continued to let us down in relation to promised new services.

    Now our management company have invited Magnet as competition, and I was wondering if anyone has experienced of using both companies, and who they would recommend?
