    A big thank you to Johns SBG in Dublin for hosting the 1st visit to Ireland by Vasiliy Ginko,a kettlebell champion.

    The course was an instructional course for those who have a passion for the metal.Shortly there will be a new group of I.U.K.L approved coaches in Ireland,as I should be of to Latvia shortly.

    So I'ed just like to thank John for his time and help.John will also be one of the new coaches,along the cadets in the group photo ( once they have submitted there video's )

    Any one who wants more info on the sport of kettlebells or the A.I.K.L.F
