On the UB for 10 Months Can I get BTEA

Can someone clear what I have to do to get on BTEA I have being on UB for ten months in September. Its say you have to be on it for 12 months or 9 months if you are recommended by a FÁS Employment Officer as part of your NEAP process. I should be OK right? or is there anything I should do. Cause I got the Course I wanted Ta

i know its a long time ago now, but wondering if you got the back to education allowance as i am in a similar position now?
