Help with Iphone PLEASE!!!!!

    I am trying to Format the iphone there are a load of App's on the phone that i cant see in installer i have done everything to remove this software and have gotten no where. Now i dont care about any info on the phone i just want it formated Blank nothing on it. I have done most everything i could see on the net to sort this out can anyone tell me how its done????

    Settings->General->reset looks like a good option.

    Restore it via itunes you will have to jailbreak it again or unlock it as well if thats what you need

    thanks for the reply. But i have done that twice and the installed programs are still there when i connect the iphone to itunes theres like 320MB of space being used.

    When you restore are you setting it up as a new iPhone or restoring from backup?

    I'm setting up as a new Iphone every time but always the same thing after unlocking it and doing everything else to get it back up and running but always the "Other" in Itunes where it showes yea the amount of space being used is 320MB
