    Hi all,

This might be a strange question but, for several reasons I only went as far as diploma level in College. A few years ago I decided to go back to education and got myself an MSc.

My question is from an employment standpoint, would a potential employer find it strange that I've gone from dip to MSc without the undergrad degree i.e. is there a "hole" in my education that might bias an employer.

I suppose I should state that I've a lot of previous experience which I know would go in my favour.

I don't see why an employer should be bothered - you have a M.Sc, what does it matter what you got on the way there?

It may be something they would ask in an interview, to your advantage as you can put a spin on the whole process of getting into an MSc program with just a diploma...
