So im a sectary in a school, I'm not working or getting paid over the summer. My boss said i can go on the dole over the summer is that true?

Yeah you can. The secretary and some of the teachers in the school I work in do that. You will need to get the principal to fill in a form that says you dont get holiday pay. It's pretty painless. Call into your local dole office.
