Apartment viewing - Tips to sell

Hi, We have a viewing on thursday for our Condo here in the states. We really need to sell it for financial reasons. Are there any tips that we can do to make our Condo look more apealing. I have already suggested to our Realtor that we would pay the condo fee for a year - 2 years, things like that.

Offer to pay the purchase costs - fees etc - for any purchaser
