What websites are good for last minute cheap holidays?

Myself and a mate want to get away for a quick break in the sun. We can arrange things pretty last minute, a week in advance would be great but less is possible. What sites are good for finding deals? We're not really bothered where we go as long as its warm, fun and enjoyable... Anyone here got any recommendations?

I believe budget travel is the best for that. I know a few people that got cheap holidays a few days before they left. Look it up
