Cost of plastering external surface of house

    Trying to do a little adhoc costing on various build methods.

    The external renders for ICF systems typically cost in the region of €50 per square metre for the job.

    How does this compare price wise with standard sand and cement plaster with a floated\napped finish?

    I'm not planning on using sand and cement with ICF, just trying to compare ICF with timberframe for example.

    hi,
    the cost per metre,for supply and fix can range anything from 25e-30e.
    labour only usually around 20e-23e per metre.
