    Hi,

Had a good browse through search and couldnt find anything so here goes.

When i press the camera button on the side of my phone it goes very briefly into camera mode before the screen reverts back to the standard desktop view. Has anyone had a similar problem and found a simple fix?

Just wanna save me a trip to the phone repair man. :(

    Ta.

nope, this is not a setting. There's something wrong with the phone. Send it back

what happens when you select the camera from the options rather than pressing the button on the side?

Also try a hard reset. Will wipe all your settings but this is the first thing the phone repair place will try anyway.

I've seen some people report this problem and said it went away then randomly a few days later, but there's definitely something not right.

Just goes black for 2 seconds as if the cameras coming on and reverts back to the options homepage.

Is a hard reset the same as a master reset?
