    Hi

The last time I tried to post this I was unregged, and whatever moderator reviewed it wouldn't allow it through. For some thick reason. So I have to go regged.

My nose is constantly blocked, all year round, and it gives me a nasal voice that I really don't like. Whatever I say comes out unclear and muddled.

Sometimes the nostrils clear up, and it's a small bit better, but 90% of the time it's like my sinuses are swollen or something. I really don't like this, especially when talking to people ( nice girls). I get very self conscious about it.

Does anyone have this problem? What medication can I take to alleviate the constant blocked nose? I'd even consider surgery. I'm sick of it and I've had it for as long as I can remember.

The thick reason you refer to is that PI is not for medical advice. In fact, there is a charter at the top of the forum outlining this. Read it.

Go to your doc if worried.

    Good luck.

I know of a man who had this problem. He in fact has had to have 2 operations to try and make it right.

I think you should seek medical advice as you may need something more than a simple nasal spray etc to help.

    Good luck.

It's not as if I asked "HELP I HAVE TUMOR WHAT DO I DO?"

I thought people might recommend some products from health shops etc. as well as what may be wrong if there is anything serious at all. There's nothing dangerous about my blocked nose, it's just a real pain in the hole.

Yes this is not the place to post for things like this.
Go find a thread here that suits...wont be too hard to find...a couple of key-words is all u need. Good luck with it, if u cant find it get on to me by PM. I hate the way some ppl just write u off if u post in wrong forum etc...not me, if u dont meet any1 etc..send me a pm.

There are medical forums on the WWW this is not one of them it seems.

At your own risk try this:

I know of a few people who have had to have operations for a similar problem.

But definitely best thing is to visit your doctor. No point in tryin to 'self-medicate' for years and years when a simple visit to the doctor could have an answer/solution in a matter of hours/days/weeks.

Try not to feel disheartened! :)

As no-one can diagnose your condition, advice cannot be offered.

Go into a health shop and ask for their advice. Or go to your GP. Simple.

Good luck. I hope you get it sorted, whatever it is.

Oprah featured a gadget that cleans your sinus recently.
People in a similar position to yourself got great relief from it.

Well that "thick reason" was because this is not a medical advice service, we're not doctors and even if we were how could we possibly diagnose your symptoms? Oh yea that's right. We couldn't. Go to your GP. Simple as

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.
