Cable repair man

    Can anyone recommended or know of anyone in the north dublin area that's good a cable installation, etc.?
    Had NTL out on numerous occasions and they say the signal coming in to the house is grand. Looking for someone to maybe wire the points properly and installed a booster for multiple points.
    Any help would be great, thanks.

    I had similar problems, signal was often terrible but NTL said it was fine when they called out, had them out a few times.

    Basically the guys that call out to fix problems seem to not want to actually do anything.

    Ring them and tell them you want to install a new cable point in a room, it's a separate team of guys that do installations.

    They charge a one off fee of €25 to come out and do this, and it will be a very professional job.

    You wouldn't even be able to buy the cabling to do this yourself for this price, let alone someone to do it for you.

    Had this done with 2 separate points in the house and both have been 100% since with perfect signal quality.
