Vista Media Center and image tags

I use Windows Photo Gallery to sort and tag my photos. All works well in this application and it's easy to view the photos I want by filtering based on tag. However, when viewing photos using Media Center, the recently tagged files don't appear with tags! Is there any way to force Media Center to pick up the latest tags!…

I use Windows Photo Gallery to sort and tag my photos. All works well in this application and it's easy to view the photos I want by filtering based on tag.

However, when viewing photos using Media Center, the recently tagged files don't appear with tags! Is there any way to force Media Center to pick up the latest tags! Sometime it can taks days before Media Center realises there are new photos with new tags imported!
