Hello. I just had my account reinstated on ebay and proceeded to leave negative feedback for a seller who did not send out my item.

I have had a paypal dispute open with them to which they have not responded and today is the last day before paypal steps in. After leaving them negative feedback which was purely factual they immediately left me a positive stating i was a troublesome buyer and some other BS.

Now i have put up some listings and they have bid on several of them, obviously to win and immediatley leave negative feedback. Is there anyway I can stop them from doing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's weird. Report it all to ebay. That person's behaviour is so stupid it will be obvious to ebay that there up to no good.

I thought ebay had now implemented the new feedback system where the seller cannot leave feedback for buyers anymore.

Can you link your item? and name and shame this seller.

you should cancel the bids from the bidder use the link below:

    http://pages.ebay.ie/help/sell/manage_bidders_ov.html#canceling

Then add the bidder to your blocked bidder list using this link:

    http://cgi1.ebay.ie/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?bidderblocklogin

it is against ebay rules for this buyer to then create a new account and bid on your items, and if he done this you can report him/her

Also if you go ahead and add him/her to your blocked list, you can check a log to see any future attempts to bid:

My ebay - Site Preferences (bottom left) - Buyer Requirement - Buyer Requirements Activity Log

Well I got it sorted now. Told them if they were going to do that then I would contact ebay and have them removed.

For those interested they operate under two accounts:

    onlinetoyssuperstore

    and

    toysbythebundle

Thanks very much for the help, it's much appreciated.

A seller can't leave negative feedback, but can leave positive. Hence this seller left negative comments, in a positive rating.
