OK today i went into the dole office to see if i can ge the dole for the summer . She asked me had i worked before and i said i had a summer job before im only 18 now . but i was getin paid in hand and i have already told the dole office i was working. I was also under age at the time. They asked for a letter from the employer so i went over and asked and they wont give me a letter because it wasnt through the books . What can i do here ? any advice is appriciated !

Tell the dole office the truth, there not much that can be done about it now. You probaly wont quailfy for any dole, as it will depand on your parents income and how long you are out of school.
