Ipod Library Question

Last night when highlighting a few songs to drag onto my phone in itunes i accidently deslected all the songs. Now if i want to sync my ipod do i have to start from sctrach and tick what i want again or is there anyway of backtracking? I still haven't connected up my ipod so all the correct songs are on there, maybe would…
