    ah come on u know what i will do copy this and send it to everyone where i work including my team leader ..... i am sure some ppl had a good laugh loved it, that just describe a few of the ppl who i work with, who have no education but they are my boss...loved it!

    maybe the stories are a little fabricated but Stress definately does kill ! ....and the stress of incompetent work colleagues could add to stress levels (particularly in a world where it is very hard to get rid of a full time emloyee without a million and one warnings...etc...etc...and you as a manager end up taking the blame for their performance

    I have pulled my hair out many times dealing with oafs at work and yes they definately get stress levels up!

    The scary thing is in many cases it the fcuking oafs that are the managers and boss's .If they put sombody in charge who is actually intelligent and has good people /man managing skills they will take over, so it makes sense to have some uneducated half wit with in charge .That is why those who grovel the most will atain promotion much quicker over the clever ,sincere caring person who looks after, and cares about his fellow workers. :)
