    Hi,

Came a cross a great recipe for these - it was on a tin of them I bought in an asian foodstore in town.

Fry a chopped onion with some minced garlic until translucent and then add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes , teaspoon of tumeric and up to a teaspoon of chilli ( more for hot less if not ) then add the tin of rinsed bortolli beans and cook on medium for 15mins - then add a few pinches of garam massala and serve . Very simple and very nice !

My quick question is "any supermarkets in the D6 area stock bortolli beans ?" as I can't get near an Asian store tonight and fancy this for my dinner ?

    Cheers
