Interview for Clerical Officer position

I have an interview tomorrow for a Clerical Officer in Medical Records at the Dublin Dental School in Trinity. I've been looking for a job for a while now so I really need to do well in this interview. Problem is I've never really had a proper formal interview before, I ended up getting full time work from my college work experience so this will be my first real interview. They sent me a confirmation email today and there will be 3 people interviewing me....this alone scares the hell out of me. So much so that I'm considering cancelling. I know this is stupid because I need a job but my nerves are taking over already and it's a day away. Any advice on how to calm my nerves? Just the thought of one person wasn't too bad but three....also does anyone know what type of questions would be asked for a Clerical Officer role? Thank you for any information.
