Meteor - texting on line

    I just switched from Vodafone to Meteor- so far so good I seem to have coverage everywhere I have been.
    Anyway I am trying to log into the website do I put in my Vodafone number (the one that got switched over) and sim pin number. I am doing this but the website does not seem to be working. Am I doing it wrong or is the website not working?

    The sim they swapped your number on would have had a different pin, try that one with your number(the one you use) and it should work, if not ring their customer care on 1905

    the pin to use is the one on the paper that your new sim came on as lonely soldier says. if you changed it on the phone, that doesn't change it on the website

    and the meteor site's been having issues the past few days so it might not have anything to do with having the wrong pin. what does the site say when you try to log in?
