Anyone got one? It's a device which measures clubhead speed using radar.

I have one but I have not used it in a couple of years as
    a) It was encouraging me to BAYTE the ball with the driver which was causing a loss of consistency and control in my game.
    b) Even taking into account the baytin I was doing I thought the readings coming from it were off (too high)

I don't really see the benefit...

Tbh, it looks a bit basic to me.

Seriously, it's like a swing analysis machine that would be made by My Little Pony or Fisher Price.

I have one and I can assure you it is not basic,it is extremely accurate.
It can measure the club speed and initial ball speed depending on how you position it.
I bring it out with me on the course when I play sometimes.
By all accounts they are reliable.

I would imagine that's a photo taken from whatever website these things are sold through....and not BrianD3's actual swing speed.

    Fair enough so.

interested to know what you use it for? to judge your tempo? i.e. do you adjust if it seems to fast or slow?

The last time I achieved that speed, was the Cashel bypass...
