Clarification re: EU Liquids Regs + Deodorant question

    Hi folks,

    I'll be travellening to Spain next Saturday for the first time since all of the regulations changes etc. and I have what I hope is a quick and relatively simple question:

    Can I pack regular sized, regularly packaged shampoos, shower gels, etc. into my checked in luggage? That is, my big bag that will go into the hold of the plane.

    And then just a quickie, can I pack pressurised canisters of deodorant (Lynx, etc.) into my checked in luggage?

    I understand that neither of the above would be allowed in my carry-on luggage.

    you can put anything you want in your checked in luggage

    except , guns bombs acid wmd gas cannisters heroin etc.
