    Personally I believe that it was a scavenger but I don't know much about the subject which is why I wanted your veiws.

    OP you seem pretty genuine. For your information archaeology is not the study of dinos but the study of past human societies. Dino studies come under the field of palaeontology. These are different subjects all together while similar excavation techniques are employed by both.Their paths will only cross if you discover evidence of direct contact between humans and dinosaurs. If you do discover such a site, please let me know, you will become possibly the worlds most famous archaeologist!
