Thinking of moving to the 20 meg product but just a quick question about it, what was the cost of your first bill directly after setup

    Just curious about the charge

Install is free for new customers, not sure about existing customers. Give them a call and they'll explain the details.

The actual bill you pay to NTL after the installation of the broadband for the use of it basically

I'm as confused as everyone else. UPC 20Mbps is €40 unless there is a promotion. I would add €40 to your current bill or call UPC.

Say for example you got installed today and your billing date was the 5th of the month, well therefore, this months bill would be whatever it normally is and next months would include 28 days of the 20mg and then €40 for 5th July to 4th Aug
