Back in work - sweet christ - why?

Anyone want to sponsor me so I can get a few lie ins during the week :-)

I'll get some photos up once I get a chance to get them off the camera.

I'll write up a bit'o'match report as well, once I get some sleep :-)

Great match, some truly fantastic stages - real challenging with multiple routes through almost all of them, everyone got well tested.

Saw some truly fantastic shooting, Edmundas Salna from the Armenidas Club, Practical Shooting Team was on our squad - that guy can shoot.
He was generally done in half our time, however, in my own defense at least, he was half the size of me.

Had great craic with the lads from the many other countries (16 or 17 countries in all I think) the Norwegians gave us a real run for our money in the pub stakes and an English/Danish RO stayed the course on a couple of nights aswell.

All of the Irish Guys maintained the highest safety standards which was commented on by many ROs over the two days and finally by the Range Master at the awards ceremony. This was in the face of a range of shooting which would neither have been experienced nor practiced before.

Unfortunately the closest I came to an award was to get drenched in champagne when the RD and Stats Officer went after each other.

Brilliant weekend. I have a sneaking suspicion that we will need a bigger bus next year.

    B'Man

Congrats to all who participated in the event. Great to hear that our rep for safety is being maintained.
