orthodetics ???

    I have a pair of orthodetics, but do I still need a pair of shoes to provide stablility aswell in my case ????

    Your orthothics should provide all the stability you need so they are best used on a basic, neutral runner. You might have to try out a few different pairs til you find ones that work well with the orthothic though, i found that the heels of many flat racing shoes were too shallow when my insoles were in and i ended up getting v bad blisters from it.
